Hope everyone is rested and ready to get to work this week!
We’ll be starting off on Monday with our good buddy “Nate” who brings us a 20 min amrap of muscle ups, handstand push ups, and kettlebell swings.
Tuesday starts with a squat snatch strength piece, followed by “Intervals” with box jump overs, burpee box get overs, and rowing. Get friendly with those boxes, guys, but protect your shins!
Wednesday will be “Parallel-bar Pull” which means 8 rounds of wall walk with shoulder taps, dubz, and inverted ring rows.
Thursday’s strength is a squat clean with push jerk and then “Echo Thruster Final” with a lot of each of those… who would have guessed!
Friday starts with a heavy 2-rep deadlift and then we’ll be having some “Fettuccine” with push ups, rope climbs, DB bench press, and strict pull-ups. Your arms might be noodles when you’re done here.
Saturday is also food themed with “Lasagna” which involves running, toes to bar, and sandbag cleans.
