WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR MARCH 31ST TO APRIL 6TH, 2025

• Monday starts the week off with a 10 min EMOM of 2 thrusters. Then get ready for an ascending rep style AMRAP workout of wall ball shots, box jump overs, and burpees starting at 2 reps then adding 2 reps every round.

• Tuesday is all about the cardio! Look to get in your running and rowing intervals with a 5 round for time style workout with a built in rest to every round. Stick around for some core work afterwards.

• Wednesday begins with a 10 minute EMOM clean complex. Then a two part couplet style workout separated by 1 minute of rest. The first couplet begins with deadlifts and double DB box step-ups then after a one minute rest the second couplet has power cleans and double DB box step-overs.

• Thursday begins with a 10 minute clock where you'll work your way through double-unders and chest-to-bar pull-ups to get as much time as possible to chip away at thrusters for reps. After the WOD stick around for some strict weighted pull-ups

• Friday, grab a partner to complete calories on the rower, kettlebell swings and perform synchronized sit-ups. During the kettlebell swings, while one athlete moves, the other will hang from a pull-up bar. Post workout we’ll get in some single arm overhead carries.

• Saturday finishes out the week with a longer AMRAP that includes several high-skill movements. Look to complete running, ring muscle-ups, wall walks and DB snatches.
