Weekly WoD time! Bring your appetite on Monday. We’ve got “Dumbbell Sandwiches.” Running will be the bread, DB snatches and DB thrusters will be the meat. Yum. On Tuesday, we’ve got “Body and Swole.” We’ll superset bent-over rows and weighted dips. Wednesday is for you bodyweight peeps. “Gym-Nasty” will be three rounds of air squats and strict pull-ups. I have a feeling this will get out of hand fast. On Thursday, we’ve got “Work Hard, Play Hard.” This is 3 rounds of 5-minute intervals with rowing, dubz, and kettlebell swings. The harder you go, the more rest you’ll get. On Friday there won’t be much time to “Beat Around the Push.” It’s a 16-minute AMRAP of wall balls, burpee box jumps, and handstand push-ups. On Saturday we’ll have a partner version of a CrossFit benchmark workout. We call it, “Chasing Linda.” In teams of two, you’ll alternate deadlifting, bench pressing, cleaning, and running.
