Happy Sunday everyone! Congrats to all of our awesome athletes who competed this weekend. You guys crushed it!
This week we are starting off on Monday with squat snatch strength followed by “Leonardo da Vinci” which is a workout for time with burpees and wall balls.
Tuesday’s “Michaelangelo” brings us a couple of AMRAPS with some rest built in consisting of GHD sit ups, box jumps, and kettlebell swings.
Wednesday will start off with back squats for those tree trunks you all call legs and then we will do some running, rowing, and devil presses in “Vincent van Gogh”.
Thursday’s strength piece is a shoulder press 6RM followed by “Rembrandt” with teams of 3 and calories on the bike, handstand push-ups, and walking lunges.
Friday is the one and only “Pablo Picasso” who was apparently a fan of deadlifts, bar muscle ups, hang power cleans, chest to bar pull ups, shoulder to overhead, and pull ups. Who would have known!
Saturday wraps up the week with another trio workout called “Claude Monet” in which we will be doing biking, rowing, overhead squats, and bar facing burpees.
