Hi. What wonderful WoDs will we wreck you with this week?Well…Monday we’ve got “End of the Road.” This is 3 rounds of overhead squats, power snatches, squat snatches, and bar-facing burpees. Not necessarily in that order. On Tuesday we have “Good Riddance.” This will help get you Murph-ready. Let’s just say you’ll be doing a lot of pull-ups, push-ups, air squats, and running. Option to wear a vest if you’d like. On Wednesday one word comes to mind… conditioning. This is a 40-minute EMOM of row calories, ball slams, and bike calories. Thursday it’s “Don’t Speak.” This one’s got dubz, power cleans, box jump-overs, and deadlifts. That takes us to Friday. “Bittersweet Symphony” starts with a ring muscle-up buy-in followed by ascending reps of dual KB front squats, handstand push-ups, and toes-to-bar. Saturday, it’s Murph time.In case you're unfamiliar, “Murph'' is a classic CrossFit workout known as a Hero WoD. Hero WoD's are made by CrossFit to honor the men and women that have fallen in the line of duty.
