Hey Guys! We are excited to host another Bring a Friend week this week from 8/12 to 8/17. So let's see how many friends you can bring in! The member with the most new friends to bring a friend week that comes at least 3 times will win a free month off their current membership!

- Get ready to power up your Friday with some strength work! We’ll kick off the weekend with your best squat cleans—let’s see what you’ve got! Once you’re warmed up, we’ll throw in some burpees to keep things fun.
- Call up a buddy for an AMRAP workout—you'll definitely appreciate the extra support for this spicy WOD! Plus, it’s always more enjoyable to crush those reps with a friend by your side! You and your buddy are gonna hype each other up while you both crush some reverse lunges, push presses, and muscle ups!
