Week 4 of this cycle, things are gonna get heavy and gritty!
Monday we’ll start the week off with some snatches and go through some snatch pulls! Afterwards, don’t you be a “Cry-Baby” when you have to do max DB step overs while taking on some hang power snatch hurdles.
Tuesday we’ll tackle the arms with some gymnastics strength work and then rip up our hands with “Scissorhands” that comes with dubs, toes to bar, push jerks, and devils presses.
Wednesday we have those booty gains again with the back squat and then “Blow” some steam off with power cleans, deadlifts, and some running. Oh, and the weight increases each round! (evil laugh)
Thursday will be a long journey as we try “Finding Neverland!” You’ll be seeing the bike, bar facing burpees, thrusters, overhead squats, lateral burpees over the rower, and rowing of course.
Friday we have a workout called Get Fit, Save Kids" put together by a non-profit organization, Operation Underground Railroad. Operation Underground Railroad is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to rescue victims from child sex trafficking and sexual exploitation, and then to provide aftercare for those survivors. O.U.R. supports law enforcement agencies, governments, and other non-profit groups worldwide to help combat this problem, but in order to be as effective as they can be, they need our help.
Saturday we have another Hero WOD called “Ill Mills.” This one includes rowing, American KBS, push ups, wall balls, and pull ups.
That’s it for this week, get after it and have fun with it!
