WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR NOVEMBER 25TH TO DECEMBER 1ST, 2024

• Happy Monday! Let’s start our workout off with 10 minutes of some fun handstand practice focused on developing our skills. After that, we’ll dive into a classic workout of ring dips and calories on the rower. Looking forward to a great session together!

• Tuesday is a HEAVY DAY! We’ll work towards our Olympic weightlifting total finding our 1-rep-max snatch and clean and jerk. Let’s give it our all!

• Wednesday features a fun challenge of thrusters, toes to bar, calories on the bike, and double unders all wrapped up into 5 rounds. Aim for speed so you can rest after each round.

• Thursday - CLOSED in observance of Thanksgiving

• Friday we are open for one class at 8:30am. Today brings a hero WOD—”ABBATE honoring U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant Matthew T. Abbate. In this workout there is running and clean & jerks.

• Finally, Saturday! Grab a workout buddy and put those Thanksgiving carbs to good use with a 20-minute AMRAP of running, KB sumo deadlift high pulls, and a single KB carry.
