“Hey, you guys!!!”
We are now going into Week 9 of our current cycle. This week we are hitting a deload week that should bring the system back in balance before tackling our re-test week of this cycle.
Monday we’re gonna go on a “Midnight Run” together. It’s not a traditional run where you just… run. Instead, we’re gonna do some power cleans and front rack lunges with some dumbbells and a couple of wall walks.
Tuesday, the “Caddyshack” will be helping us out as we get through an EMOM including strict deficit HSPU, burpee pull-ups, strict knee to elbows, and push-up renegade rows.
Wednesday “Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure” will feel as if it’s going great until we get to hit a descending rep scheme of power snatches and wall balls.
Thursday we will go soak in the “River’s Edge” while we do some rowing, running, single arm overhead carries, sandbag carries, and wall sits. Yup… You’ll be soaked for sure!
Friday we will say hi to our little friends, the thrusters, bar facing burpees, and double unders! Do you what this WOD is called? (Answer in the comments!)
Saturday we’ll wrap up the week with a Hero WOD called “Dobogai” where you and a buddy will tackle some muscle-ups and farmer carries. Goodbye grip, it was nice knowing you.
