WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR JUNE 20TH TO 26TH, 2022

Hello again you crazies!

 

Let’s get right to it and see what kind of horri- uh, I mean fun stuff we have this week!

 

Monday we start off with the king of all booty gains, the back squat, and then go see “The Weirdo on Maple Street” which has GHD sit ups and rope climbs. Make sure to bring some shin protection!

 

Tuesday you and the barbell are gonna have some quality time. We’ll start with clean and jerks, then move on to some clean pulls, and finally finish off all “Holly, Jolly” with some push jerks and box jumps.

 

Wednesday get ready for “The Sauna Test” which will really test your aerobic conditioning. Don’t know what that means? Well… This workout has rowing, dubs, running, more dubs, and more rowing. “Don’t sign me up for cardio.” (Only my true Pitch Perfect fans will get that reference.)

 

Thursday we have deadlifts to kick off the hour, then don’t let “The Monster” get you! It brings more deadlifts, bar facing burpees, and ring muscle-ups.

 

Friday “The Upside Down” is all we have, containing wall balls, strict HSPU, the bike, DB hang snatch, and push ups. Geez! Hello T-Rex arms, am I right?

 

Saturday we will be doing a Hero WOD named “T.U.P.” This one has power cleans, pull ups, and front squats. You will have the choice of doing this one solo, with a partner, or in a team of three, so bring your gym buds to tackle this workout together.
