Holly, jolly greetings my friends! I hope you all have a wonderful holiday season. Along with that, we hope you have a great time with all the WODs.
Monday, we will be CLOSED. No wodding today.
Tuesday, we have some back squatting and then “Buddy the Elf, what’s your favorite color?” which has dubs and push ups. Chest, tris, and calves, all the “show off” muscles in one workout, aww yeahhh!
Wednesday, “You sit on a throne of lies” brings us some calories on the bike, some running, and more calories on the bike. Am I lying? I guess you’ll just have to wait and find out. Oh, and then we have a mini upper body pump.
Thursday, we start the day off with some heavy power snatches and then “I’m in love, I’m in love and I don’t care who knows it” which has a nice descending rep-scheme of wall balls and abmat sit ups. It’s like if Karen and Annie were in love and had a cute lil’ baby. IYKYK!
Friday, umm… idk if I want to say because I’m afraid you may not want to come. So instead, I’m going to give you a hint. It’s an AMRAP, there’s only one movement, and there’s no equipment required… well, maybe a mat, and everyone LOVES (sarcasm) this movement. You should come!
Saturday, a team of two workout! Yay! “2023 to 2024” has rowing and biking. Then we’ll finish off the week with an arms and core mini pump!
