WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR FEBRUARY 21ST TO 27TH, 2022

Oh, hey, it’s you again. How are you? I hope you’re well and excited cuz the OPEN IS HERE!!! WOO!!But, before we get there, let’s see what we have!Monday we will test our leg strength once again with a 5-RM Front Squat and then try not to get run over by the “Raging Bull” which is a short and spicy AMRAP with power cleans, hang squat cleans, and shoulder to overhead reps.Tuesday we’ll get some playtime to better our gymnastic skills and then go into “The Wolf” which has SA DB Upright Rows, SA DB Presses, Toes to Bar, and Inverted Barbell Rows. But wait, there’s more! We have “Wall Street” which has strict pull ups and dual DB bench press. Talk about t-rex arms.Wednesday we’ll be going for a heavy 1-RM Power Snatch and then take a walk down the “Mean Streets” that has power snatches, bar facing burpees, wall balls, and MORE bar facing burpees! Yup, you read that right. Thursday… Let’s go to the “Casino” and gamble our lungs away with some biking, rope climbing, double unders, farmer carries, and rowing. Sorry y’all, no slots today. Friday will be the first Open WOD, 22.1! Unfortunately, we do not know what the workout is so you’re just gonna have to sit and wait patiently like the rest of us! But, if you have an idea of what it might be, comment below!Saturday is also unavailable at the moment, so, yeah. Just show up and be surprised!
