WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR AUGUST 6TH TO 11TH, 2024

Hey guys it’s your weekly WOD overview here! Did you receive an email regarding Goal setting? Better check your spam folder! As a part of your membership, we are integrating goal setting sessions so we can help you set your goals, keep you on track and help hold you accountable to meeting them.

Let’s get into this week of fitness!

- Monday starts off with some low-ring muscle up skill work followed by a for time metcon that has wall balls and situps.

-  Then Tuesday is a heavy day dedicated to picking things up and putting them down with deadlifts, while increasing loading across all sets.

- On Wednesday, we have a Hero workout called “Nate”. This 20 minute AMRAP consists of muscle-ups, handstand push-ups and kettlebell swings.

- Thursday we have running and max calories on any machine. Followed by max plank holds and flutter kicks.

- Friday’s skill work is an every minute on the minute clean complex of clean pull, hang power clean and thruster. Then, a three round for time WOD consisting of hang power cleans, thrusters and burpees over the bar.

- Saturday’s workout consists of single dumbbell box step-ups, single dumbbell walking lunges and single dumbbell carries.
