WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR MAY 27TH TO JUNE 2ND, 2024

Man this month of May flew by!

Monday we are closed in observance of Memorial Day. Remember that our Freedom is not free. Spend time with family, enjoy your freedoms, and think about those that made the ultimate sacrifice. 

Tuesday’s workout is a two part workout that for sure will challenge the legs and core. “Some Gave All” part 1 is calories on the bike and kettlebell/dumbbell front rack carries part 2 is calories on the bike and dumbbell walking lunges.

Wednesday starts off with a strength piece of strict press then in to a 4 set workout of rowing for calories and burpee box get overs called “Arlington”

Then Thursday begins building to a heavy single snatch into a hang muscle snatch strength portion. Afterwards get ready for “Courtesy of the Red White and Blue”; this workout has double unders and Alternating Hang Dumbbell Snatch in a decreasing rep scheme.

For Friday, we have something a little different to our front squats. After every set we complete seated box jumps. Then your hour finishes off with “American Soldier”  wall walks, power cleans and GHD situps "Hooah".

Finishing the week off on Saturday is a partner WOD called “Still a Soldier”. Teams of two will complete barbell back rack lunges and dumbbell bench presses followed by a mini pump arm sesh of front raises, hip thrusts, GHD raises and ring “Y” raises.
