Hello DDCFers! We are now in Week 8 of our PRVN Affiliate Cycle, which means the cycle is coming to the last week of the build. These last 3 weeks have been centered around intensification and building percentages, challenging skills, and increasing volume in prep for Murph on May 28th.Monday we start by working on our snatches and then hitting a 12min EMOM that includes alt. DB snatches, abmat sit-ups, and the bike! Phew, just try to keep that “Shrimp Gumbo” down.Tuesday, the coaches will for sure be yelling “Run, Forrest! Run!” during this workout. It’s a lengthy one that includes running, pull ups, push ups, and air squats. Hmm, this sounds really familiar…Wednesday, we have some deadlifts and then we’ll see all different types of rain like little bitty stingin' rain, big ol' fat rain, rain that flies in sideways, and sometimes “Upside Down Rain.” This one has KBS and box jump overs.
