It’s time to see what lovely activities we have planned for this week, so let’s get to it!Monday starts off with a front squat 5x5 just to get those legs nice and toasty before really burning them up in “Maximus” which is a little combo of burpee box jump overs and assault bike cals. Let’s try not to land with our shins on knees on the box, okay? (cough, cough… Earl)Tuesday brings us a weightlifting complex with OHS and snatches followed by "Pillars of Hercules" 2 Rounds for Time, which calls for BMUs, devils press, T2B, and SA DB OH walking lunges. If that was too many acronyms to keep up with, then just show up and be surprised!Wednesday consists of a strength piece of power cleans and push presses y "Proximo" tenemos un 6:00 AMRAP of deadlifts, handstand push-ups, power cleans, and air squats. On Thursday, we’ll start off with some handstand walk practice and then have "Marcus Aurelius", a 20:00 AMRAP of running, wall walk, dubz, GHD sit-ups, and Turkish get-ups. On Friday, we’ll be working on those booty gainz with a little back squat sesh, then some open prep conditioning with “Commodus”, which consists of rowing, thrusters, and C2B pull-ups.Saturday is gonna be a fun one with teams of 3. We’re focusing on conditioning once again and doing a lot of reps of each of the following: burpees, American KBS, box jumps, and sumo deadlift high pull.
