Hiiiiiiiii! So excited to see what we have this week! Let’s get to it!
Monday, we have “Back to the Future” which is our Murph prep containing running, pull ups, push ups, and air squats.
Tuesday, our strength piece has squat snatches and then we go into “Marty McFly & Doc” which has single arm dumbbell snatches, single arm overhead walking lunges, and some fun stuff with the jump rope.
Wednesday, we get to work on our squat cleans and then hit the road… wait… “Roads? Where we’re going, we don’t need roads.” Which has rowing, GHDs, and v-ups.
Thursday, our strength piece involves throwing some weight over our heads in a jerky fashion and then we have “George McFly” which has KBS, calories on the bike, and burpees… wow.
Friday, we’ll take the time to get comfortable with the snatch balance and then “Great Scott!” We have a gnarly workout with some front squats and wall walks!
Saturday, we have a team of 2 workout called “Biff Tannen” that has shuttle runs, rope climbs, and bench presses. Then we have more rope climbs!
