Happy Mother’s Day to all of our moms out there! We love and appreciate all that you do!
Let’s get into the week!
Monday starts off with a simple and tough one “Barbara” with pull ups, push ups, sit ups, and air squats.
Tuesday will involve some handstand walk skill work before going into “No Banner, Only Hulk” with cals on the air bike and burpees to a plate.
Wednesday you’ll be saying “I smashed you, Baby Arms” as you row your hearts out and then build to a heavy single clean and jerk.
On Thursday “You’re Tiny Avenger” consists of 3 rounds of bench press and bent over banded rows. There may be a little rest built in there.. But it will be followed by some nice accessory work!
Friday is “That’s my secret, Captain: I’m always angry”, but you may be too out of breath to be angry with all the running and heavy double power snatches.
Saturday’s team of 2 WOD finishes the week with a boom. “Gamma Bomb” consists of wallballs, cals on the rower, box jumps, aaaaand devil’s press.
