Welcome, June!
Monday’s are for people with a mission! Today’s mission is to crush a hang power clean strength piece followed by "HIMALAYAS" a workout that consists of overhead squats, calories on an air bike and box jump overs!
Tuesday’s workout starts off with gymnastic work so come practice those crossovers! “ALPS” is a fun AMRAP of calories on a rower, push ups and GHD’s.
Wednesday’s strength will have your legs working hard while we lift heavy front squats followed by “ROCKY MOUNTAINS” which will need some more leg power for deadlifts, shuttle runs and wall walks!
Then Thursday, we will be building to a few heavy shoulder presses. Afterwards, get ready for “URALS” a WOD that calls for KB swings, wall balls and crossover single unders.
Fun Friday has no strength piece BUT it’ll definitely build that upper body strength to climb the "ANDES" with DB bench presses, chest to bar pull ups, bar muscle ups or burpee pull ups.
Saturday grab 2 of your favorite gym buddies and be prepared for a fun 25 minute AMRAP called the "GREAT DIVIDING RANGE" where you will rotate through running, sandbag cleans and burpee box get overs. Don’t worry…there’s a rest in there too!
