WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR MARCH 4TH TO 10TH, 2024

Howdy y’all! Hope your weekend was great!

Let’s get into this week’s wods…

Say hello to “Tony Perkins” on Monday while you’re rowing, doing some push up, and some dubs.

Tuesday will start with some back squatting, followed by ”Now I eat success for breakfast, with skim milk” which obviously looks like V-ups, box jump overs, toes to bar, jumping split lunges, and abmat situps… that makes perfect sense, right??

Wednesday’s strength is a little power clean and jerk sesh and then “Leave him, he’s a straggler. Stragglers must be left to fend for themselves”. Sounds brutal, kind of like a workout consisting of wall balls, air bike, thrusters, and more bike.

Thursday is “the day when we separate the men from the boys” with running, kettlebell swings, and burpees. Hmm from the sounds of it, the ladies get the day off!

Friday is Open 24.2!

Saturday we will be learning about nutrition while we work out with “Don’t put twinkies on your pizza” which is a partner wod with cals on the bike, dumbbell front squats, and handstand push ups.
