Starting this week we’re kicking off the last 12 WODs of the year Dec 16th - 31st challenge. Check with your coach to find out more!
• On Monday get ready for “QUALITY & QUANTITY”! Get ready to dial in your snatch as we break it into a complex that ramps up in complexity. Aim for a heavier single in all three movements at the complex. Add weight only if your technique feels solid.
• Tuesday we have “ROCK 'N' ROLL”! This fun WOD for time has rowing sandwiched with toes-to-bars and overhead squats.
• For Wednesday we have a challenging workout of running, lateral burpees over the bar, and clean and jerks for time called “FIRE”!!! Another chipper with a light-to-moderate load barbell and a shorter time frame.
• This Thursday will have you saying “HOLY HOT CHEEKS, BATMAN!” In this workout we will accumulate reps on the rower or bike, and distance handstand walks. Choose your adventure—go all out on machines or focus on handstand walks.
• “PEEK-A-BOO” it’s Friday! We have an AMRAP of moderate squat cleans and pull-ups. Directly afterwards, build to a heavy one-rep squat clean in 10 minutes.
• Saturday is for “NO CHALK, NO GRIPS...LEAVE YA GEAR HERE”! Here’s the challenge: Accumulate 6 minutes on the pull-up bar, when you drop you have to complete double-unders and V-ups.
