Happy Sundayyyyyyyy! Hope you’re all having a great weekend.
Monday, we get to test our bench press with a heavy single. Then we have “Schoolhouse RocK” which has air squats, GHD sit ups, deficit push ups, toes to bar, and push ups.
Tuesday, we have another heavy single but this time with a bar on our backs while we pop a squat. Then we go into “The Magic School Bus” which is a short spicy AMRAP with burpee pull ups and box jump overs.
Wednesday, the strength piece is a power snatch EMOM and afterwards there’s a “Reading Rainbow” party with wall walks and farmer carries.
Thursday, we’ll start with a deadlift heavy single and then we have a fun partner rowing workout that’ll get you thinking “Out of the Box”!
Friday, we’re going to take some time to work on our handstand push ups and then we’ll go “Between the Lions” with some hang power cleans, strict handstand push ups, and more hang power cleans.
Saturday, it’s “Mr. Wizards World” which is a team of FOUR workout. This one has calories on the bike and back squats. My legs already feel this one! Don’t worry, there’s more. Since we won’t be able to walk, we’re going to do a mini-pump for the arms and shoulders.
