Hello again you awesome people!
Hope your weekend is going well. Let’s see what we have this week!
Monday, we have a 3 x 3 strength session of power snatches and then go against the “Incredible Hulk” with some burpee box get overs, pull ups, chest to bar pull ups, and bar muscle ups.
Tuesday, we have another 3 x 3 but with some cleans and then we’re gonna “Hulk Smash” the crap out of this WOD that has calories on the bike and thrusters.
Wednesday, don’t be too upset with “Don’t Get Me Angry” which has dumbbell cleans and box jump overs.
Thursday, the “Mean Green Rage Machine” brings us a lot of fun as we take on a few calories on the rower, push ups, and shoulder to overhead reps. Thennn, we get to practice our skills on the rings!
Friday, “Gamma Radiation” is gonna give us mad strength to tackle this beast of a workout that has kettlebell swings and running. You can sucker in a buddy into helping you out on this one.
Saturday, gives you some options. You can either die on the bike orrrrr die with “Grandmaster’s Contest of Champions” which has the bike and single dumbbell push presses.
