Let’s finish it off strong!On Monday we’re starting off with some jumping then heading into a weightlifting piece with power snatches and power cleans. Get ready to feel it in the legs!Tuesday’s “The Tempest” is meant to challenge muscular stamina and endurance with a 12min AMRAP of devils press, strict handstand push-up, dumbbell step-overs, and dubz! Make sure to get your mobility in afterward!Wednesday brings us a 1 mile run and “Othello” with more running, wall balls, burpees, and toes to bar. Let’s hope this turns out less traumatic than the play…On Thursday, we’ll have some more jumping, split jerk work, then “Twelfth Night”, an 8 min AMRAP of SA KB Clean and Press and Box Jump Overs. We’re getting those booty gainz on with back squats on Friday, followed by “Angie”, a benchmark with push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, and air squats. We all know how we feel about those girl wods…Ending the week on Saturday with partner handstand walk work and “The Comedy of Errors”, a 20 min AMRAP with deadlifts, cals on the air bike, cals on the rower, and handstand walk. There’s built in pseudo-rest in this one, so get ready to hang on!.Well, that wraps up the week.
