Sweetest Sunday to you. Let’s check out the week!Monday we have “What’s the Worst That Could Happen?” I guess we’ll find out. This has dubz, rowing, and wall balls. A lot of wall balls. On Tuesday, we “Taste the Rainbow.” This is 4 rounds of ring muscle-ups, bar-facing burpees, hang power cleans, strict handstand push-ups, and power snatches. Ugh. That’s a lot. We made it to Wednesday. It’s “The Happiest Place on Earth.” This is 5 rounds of dual DB step-overs, GHD sit-ups, and walking lunges. Thursday is a long one, aptly named, “It Keeps Going and Going.” This is a 30-minute AMRAP of increasing distances of running, handstand walking, and rowing or biking. There’s also some KB front-rack and overhead carries thrown in there for funsies. On Friday we’ll “Think Different.” This is 3 rounds of 400m runs, push jerks, and toes-to-bar. On Saturday we have a partner version of a hero workout. This is “Adam Brown.” It’s 2 rounds of deadlifts, box jumps, wall balls, bench presses, and squat cleans.
