• Happy Monday! We're kicking off the week with some squat cleans to build our strength, and then we’ll dive into our WOD featuring front squats and double DB farmer's carries.
• Tuesday starts off with some bench press strength training. Then, for today’s workout we’ve got an exciting descending ladder of double-unders, wall walks, and sit-ups lined up for you. Let’s do this!
• Wednesday is all about tackling a heavy thruster! Remember, “heavy” is unique to each of us, so aim to push yourself to a weight that really demands your full focus and attention. Then, we’ll transition into a set of max thrusters at 60%. But wait there’s more to carry on about–5 sets of sandbag carries to complete the day.
• Thursday, we're diving into a partner version of event 10 from the 2021 CrossFit Games. Get ready to test your toes-to-bar and running endurance. Strategize with your partner on how you want to break up the toes-to-bars and running.
• Friday’s workout is a fun little couplet that includes some hang power cleans and strict handstand push-ups. Then we’ll wrap things up with overhead dumbbell lunges for our strength segment.
• Saturday kicks off the weekend with some fun! We'll be tackling 5 rounds of rope climbs, burpees, and air squats for time. And don’t dash off just yet—stick around for a relaxing stretch routine afterward!
