Sup?It’s weekly WoD time. What do we have in store this week? Let’s find out.Monday it’s, “ESPN 8, The Ocho.” This lil chipper has pull-ups, chest-to-bar pull-ups, and bar muscle-ups separated by alternating DB clean & jerks. Tuesday, we’ve got “Patches O’Houlihan.” It’s 5 rounds of a 2:1 work/rest ratio with dual DB step-overs, dubz, and light thrusters. On Wednesday we have “Pepper.” This has 6 quick sets of running, bike cals, and burpees. That brings us to Thursday. “Cotton” will have you hang squat snatching, box jumping, overhead squatting, and rope climbing. On Friday, it’s “White Goodman.” This has deficit handstand push-ups, DB bench press, row calories, and devil’s presses. On Saturday we have another partner version of a hero workout. This time it’s “Hotshots 19.” This is 6 rounds of air squats, power cleans, strict pull-ups, and 400m runs. Split up these reps with your partner any way you like.
