WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR JULY 29TH TO AUGUST 4TH, 2024

Alrighty guys, with August just around the corner we have some exciting news you can chew on a bit! The week of August 19th is bring a friend week. Then on Saturday the 24th we will have a nutrition seminar.

Let’s get into this week’s WODs:

- Monday starts the week off with a 20 minute AMRAP of double dumbbell front squats, double unders, strict pull-ups and handstand walking.

- Tuesday brings us a workout that has plank holds, single dumbbell box step ups and heavy deadlifts working at each station for one minute a piece for four rounds. Then finishing off the hour with some “L” sit holds.

- Wednesday starts off with building to a heavy 3 rep of hang power snatches. Then we get into a quick 3 round workout of hang power snatches, rope climbs and running.

- Thursday’s skill work begins with low ring muscle-up practice. Then the WOD is a for time piece consisting of rowing, pike push-ups, hand release push-ups and push-ups.

- Friday we have another heavy day and this time we are back squatting ;) Can’t wait!

- Saturday starts off with building to a heavy for the day 5 unbroken power cleans. Then a for time workout that has power cleans and box jumps.
