Hi. Happy almost March n stuff. Let’s do this thing. Weekly WoD time.We’re getting “Back to Square Run” on Monday. It’s a quick lil 10-minute AMRAP of running and air squats. Enjoy the full use of your legs while you still can. Tuesday is “Day of the Deads.” We’re doing 5 sets, 5 reps of deadlifts. On Wednesday let’s “Ring it On!” This has two separate couplets with a little bit of rest in between. We’ve got wall balls and ring dips in couplet one. We’ve got thrusters and ring dips in couplet two. Thursday is a benchmark. Say hello to “Randy.” Randy is 75 power snatches for time at 75/55#. Friday it’s “Sir Six-a-Lot.” We’ll be push pressin’, bikin’, and box jumpin’ in multiples of 6 for 5 rounds. Saturday we’re doing the partner thing! “Two Dat?” will be a 25-minute AMRAP of pull-ups, DB step-ups, and DB front squats. “Only I can change my life. No one can do it for me.” -- Carol Burnett
