We hope you enjoyed the mid-cycle deload week and are ready to hit this next week!
Monday we will start the week off with a CrossFit total style WOD that has several sets of back squats, strict presses, and deadlifts. Again, coaches, I feel for y’all.
Tuesday “This Velvet Grove” has toes to bar, burpees to target, rope climbs, and rowing for max calories. Say goodbye to your grippers today.
Wednesday, we have the “Black Summer” which has power snatches, box jump overs, and overhead squats. We said bye to our grippers yesterday, today say goodbye to your legs!
Thursday we are going to race the “Slow Cheetah” which is a race with a descending rep scheme of bar muscle ups, farmers carries, and running.
Friday the “Dark Necessities” will catch us as we take on an AMRAP of calories on the bike, DB bench presses, and deadlifts.
Saturday another Hero WOD awaits us called “Hildy.” This one contains rowing, thrusters, pull-ups, and wall balls. As always, you will have the choice to take this one on solo, with a partner, or with a team of three. Have fun!
