Okay y’all. Another week down! Let’s keep putting in the hard work.
Here’s what we have going on this week:
Monday begins with a heavy front squat strength piece followed by “Sesame Street” with some childish cals on the bike, wall balls, and GHDs.
On Tuesday, we’ll do some sprinting… like we’re being chased by “Big Bird”. After that, we have some rope climb skillwork.
Wednesday starts with a bro sech of heavy bench press followed by the “Cookie Monster”, a 15min AMRAP of rowing, hang power snatches, and push-ups.
Thursday kicks off with deadlift and handstand push-up strength and then “Count von Count” will suck the life out of you with dumbbell step-ups, burpees, and wall walks.
On Friday, the classic duo “Bert & Ernie” will pay us a visit with pull-ups, thrusters, and dubz.
Finally, on Saturday, we have “Oscar the Grouch”, which is a partner wod with rowing and sandbag cleans.
