WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR JANUARY 10TH TO 16TH, 2022

Hey, hey, hey! Hope everyone is feeling good because we got some FUN workouts coming up this week! And by fun, I obviously mean... never mind, I'll let you decide (insert evil laugh).On Monday, we got a Front Squat 5x5 (WOO!!!) followed by some muscular stamina and overload that includes devil presses😈, pistols, box jumps, lunges, and HSPU's. My goodness!Tuesday brings us with gymnasty BMU skill work and a couplet sprint style WOD with GHD sit-ups and MORE BMU's... let's hope we don't rip our hands!HUMPDAYYYY!!! Clean and Jerk complex! These are always fun! Then, everyone's favorite....... EMOM!! (Every Movement Optional for Moms.... I mean... Every Minute on the Minute) The WOD will include wall walks, hang power cleans, push jerks, the (awesome) bike, and wall balls.Thursday, we got a looooong one this day. We go on a lengthy journey that'll include burpees, row, and a small surprise! Come in to the gym to find out! 😉TGIF! Who doesn't like to end the week with deadlifts? I do! But wait, there's more. We'll go into a couple couplet of power snatches and toes to bar then power snatches and chest to bar pull ups. A very grippy, fire-breathing, open-feeling WOD... it'll be fantastic!And finally, Saturday! We got a strength and plyo piece to start the day off that'll include Bulgarian Split Squats and some reactive jumping, then go into our partner WOD that includes running, push-ups, dual DB step-overs, and dubz.Well...
