Then, once the legs are gone, we’ll have a “Ford vs. Ferrari” feud while we take on a nasty E2MOM of thrusters and ascending toes to bar. How far will you go?!Tuesday, you’ll hear the coaches say “Unbroken” a few times. Don’t worry, that’s just the name of the workout, we don’t actually want you to go unbroken on things like running, DB snatches and chest-to-bar pull-ups… or maybe we dooo… idk, why don’t you come in to find out? Muah-hahahaha!Wednesday, you’ll definitely feel like a “Warrior” once you're done with this 15min AMRAP that’ll include HSPU’s, Hang Power Cleans at an eyebrow-raising weight, and some box jump overs. One of the movements will also be increasing in reps, but I won’t say which. I can’t give away ALL of the answers.Thursday, we’re taking a long ride on “Mikko’s Triangle”. Not much to this one, just some rowing, some biking, some running… Oh, and did I mention it’s a 40min EMOM? Well, it is… and you’re gonna love it! (I’m not being sarcastic at all… not even a little bit…)Friday, everyone’s favorite strength movement… The deadlift! We’ll be doing some high percentage singles, ugh how fun! But then, we go into “Moneyball” , a very simple-looking but very deceiving workout. It includes two movements; burpees and wall balls, AND it’s only 10mins! Woo! Don’t say I didn’t warn ya.Saturday, bring a team cuz this one needs 3 people per team for “Foxcatcher”!
