WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR SEPTEMBER 18TH TO 24TH, 2023

Hello everyone,  Hope you've had a wonderful weekend. Let's see what we have this week!

Monday, we start the day off with a 3 position squat clean and then put those skills to work as we get through “Buffalo Wild Wings” that have more hang squat cleans and burpee chest to bar pull ups.

Tuesday, we have “Garlic Parmesan” which has some rowing, bench press, and v-ups. Then we finish off with a glute mini pump!

Wednesday, we have a snatch complex and then we have “Honey BBQ” which has a bit of running and power snatches.

Thursday, we get to find our strict press 10-RM and then “Asian Zing” which is a nice couplet of double unders and wall balls… goodbye lungs.

Friday, we have “Mango Habanero” which is a 10 to 1 workout of burpee dumbbell deadlifts and a set amount of calories on the bike. Then we finish up the day with a chest and tricep mini pump.

Saturday, “Nashville Hot” is a nasty lil bully that has rope climbs, calories on the rower, and a llllooooooottttttt of back squats. Then we have an arm and shoulder mini pump.
