Okay everyone, let’s see what week 4 of Open Prep has to offer!
Monday gets us started with some snatching followed by “Neytiri” with more snatches, dubs, and overhead squats.
On Tuesday, we’ll get started with gymnastics skill work then take off to visit “Pandora” where we’ll be rowing, cleaning, muscle up-ing, and burpee-ing.
“Colonel Miles Quartich” will pay us a nasty little visit on Wednesday with wall balls, handstand push ups, and deadlifts, after a squat strength piece. You gonna let the bad guy win?
Thursday starts with TGUs and rope climbs just before we train to be “Na’vi” people by doing a little biking, dubbing, and sprinting (through the jungle, of course).
Friday starts with push press and bent over row before “Sully” comes to the rescue with toes to bar, step ups, and clean & jerks.
Saturday brings our buddy “Spider” with running, SDHP, and air squats. Don’t forget your oxygen masks for this one, folks.
