Hi.Wow. What a wonderful week of WoDs we have.Monday will have you “Walkin’ Dirty.” We’ve got 3 rounds of front squats, burpee broad jumps, and DB step-ups. Wheelchairs available upon request. On Tuesday we’ll be facing another ghost of CrossFit Open past. It’s 16.3. It’s an AMRAP 7 of power snatches and bar muscle-ups. On Wednesday, hold on tight. 'Cuz you gon' learn somethin’ in “Hold School.” We’ll be doin’ air squats, squat holds, parallette pass-throughs, and planks. Thursday it’s “¡eSquatch!” time. We’ll enjoy a carefully crafted complex of squat snatches and then work up to a heavy single. On Friday, bring your pullin’ powers for “Pull Moon Energy.” It's got strict pull-ups, strict presses, rowing, and L-sits. Saturday is another partner workout.
