Monday - LOREDO HERO WORKOUT
Monday's sweat sesh, we're gonna smash out some air squats, push-ups, walking lunges, and a 400-meter run to pump up those leg muscles. Get hyped for all the reps!
Tuesday - Get ready to use that core of yours on Tuesday! You're gonna tackle some wall walks, row a bunch of meters, and then do more wall walks! Let's do a quick pump after our workout with some seated leg raises and hollow holds!
Wednesday - HEAVY DAY
Today’s all about front squats! Let’s see how much stronger we’ve gotten with some heavy lifting! Remember to keep that form on point and really work those legs!
Thursday - JACK HERO WORKOUT
Don't miss out on the full body workout this Thursday! We’ll kick things off with a 1 rep push press for some skill work, then dive into a challenging AMRAP with heavy push presses, kettlebell swings, and box jumps!
Friday - You didn't think we'd skip cardio day, did ya? We've got some calories to burn on the bike! Let's push it! Then, we gotta jump on that GHD machine and crank out some sit-ups!
Saturday - Let’s kick off the weekend with a timed workout! We’ll crush some bar facing burpees, wall ball shots, and an 800-meter run. Whatever time you’ve got left, grab a heavy barbell and go all out with those squat cleans!
