Welcome back to another week of fun stuff!
Let’s get into it!
Monday will start off with a power snatch strength piece followed by silky smooth “Dove”, which is a 5-rounder involving shuttle runs and burpee box jump overs.
Tuesday’s strength will be some heavy deadlift and then our wod is a tasty one with air bike cals, wall balls, and double unders called “Godiva”. Hope y’all have a sweet tooth this week!
Wednesday’s sweet treat starts with heavy back squats and then we’ll be getting fancy with “Lindt” a descending rep schemer of KB swings, GHDs, and kettlebell box step ups.
Thursday will bring a heavy bench strength piece to start us off before we get snacking on “Ferrero Rocher”, which will be rowing and dumbbell thrusters for time. Don’t forget the gymnasty HSPU work afterward!
On Friday we’re taking it back to Open 20.1, which is a lovely 10-rounder of ground to overhead and bar facing burpees. In case that doesn’t wear you out, there will be a chest and tricep mini pump.
Saturday is classic “Hershey’s”, bringing us a partner wod full of single dumbbell walking lunges, toes to bar, and max cals on the bike. After that, we have another day of gymnastics HSPU work to finish off the week!
