WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR AUGUST 19TH TO 25TH, 2024

Hey guys, we are over half way through August. Crazy to think 2025 is just around the corner.

Want to step up your game? In a couple of weeks starting on September 9th we start our 28 day wellness and nutrition challenge. The goal of this challenge is to establish healthy and sustainable habits. Talk to your coach to sign up! Also the link is in our Instagram bio.

- Welcome to a new week, athletes. On Monday, we’ll be hitting our legs with wall balls and cranking out some double unders in a killer AMRAP workout.

- New week, same hardcore attitude! Tuesday's workout is all about running and lots of pull-up action. Don’t forget to warm up those shoulders for pull ups, chest to bar pull up and bar muscle ups! We're challenging gravity one pull up at a time. 

- Get excited for Wednesday because we're going to push our limits together! We'll be tackling some double kettlebell farmer's carries and throwing in a few wall walks for good measure. Bring your A-game and get ready to give it your all!

- Get ready to grip those barbells because Thursday's "Pit Stop" workout is going to be a blast with lots of lifting! We're going to be tackling some deadlifts, hang power cleans, and squat cleans. It's going to be an awesome challenge!

- Happy Friday! We'll be celebrating the start of the weekend with stations of max toes to bar,  overhead squats and calories on a bike. The grind includes Friday! 

- Get ready for some awesome cardio this Saturday! We’ll be tackling double unders, rowing, and running, so come prepared to have a great time. Don’t forget to fuel up and stay hydrated!
