We are so happy to have been able to see your shining faces this past week. *Sigh of happiness*Here’s our week!Monday we’ve got “Squeaky Sprint.” We’ll work up to a heavy 1-rep clean & jerk followed by an all-out 500m sprint on the rower. Don’t worry, we’ll give you time to rest before the row. On Tuesday, we gonna “Run the World” with 7 rounds of woman-makers and toes-to-bars. Fun fact: did you know that purposefully pointed toes make you stronger? Try it. Well, we hope you enjoyed being able to walk into Wednesday. That ability may change after “Buh-Bye Legs.” Here we have a descending rep chipper-style workout with burpee box jumps, weighted walking lunges, and running. On Thursday, it’s “Breathe Damn It.” Try to remember to breathe during 5 rounds of light thrusters, overhead holds, front squats, and squat holds. Finally! Friday! Here we have a heavy variation of a CrossFit benchmark, Outcast. We’re so creative we’re going to call it “Heavy Outcast.” It’s a 16-minute AMRAP of heavy power cleans, chest-to-bar pull-ups, and double-unders. On Saturday, we have a partner workout named “Pay Attention.” This features two different sprint-style couplets that each athlete will perform while the other is rowing for calories. It’s a lot to list here. Show up on Saturday and pay attention. It’s a lot to remember. Hopefully, your partner has your back and a good memory.
