Hello again you guys!
Let’s see what we have this week.
Monday, we start the day with a snatch complex and then we get to play some “Pac-Man” you win the game if you can get through some double unders and single arm overhead walking lunges in a certain amount of time.
Tuesday, we have a clean complex and then “The Chief” a classic CrossFit benchmark that has power cleans, push ups, and air squats.
Wednesday, we have “Mario Bros” a fun game where you get to carry objects, pull yourself up, jump over obstacles, and do it all in a limited amount of time.
Thursday, we test our 3-RM deadlift and then we have “Frogger” which is a nice little amrap of shuttle runs, calories on the bike, and wall ball sit ups.
Friday, we have the “Holleyman” which consists of a looottttttttt of rounds of wall balls, handstand push ups, and power cleans. Don’t lose count!
Saturday, with a partner, you’ll get to battle through some “Asteroids” that come in all shapes and sizes including calories on the rower and sled pushing.
