You’ll be combining a high-skill movement with a couple of lower-skill moves, making it a fun and invigorating workout.
• For Thursday, how about we hit the ground RUNNING together? I'm thinking we could do 3 rounds for time of...just running! Lace up those running shoes and let’s have a blast while we challenge ourselves.
