Hey there! Hope you guys are having a great weekend! Let’s see what we have this week.
Monday, we have “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off”, while he gets the day off, we do not. We get to do thrusters, burpees over the bar, and chest to bar pull ups. Then we’ll take some time to work on our toes to bar skills.
Tuesday, our strength piece will be a complex of squat snatches and overhead squats. Then we have “Bueller..? Bueller..? Bueller..?” which has double unders and double dumbbell snatches. Talk about seeing double!
Wednesday, we start the day off with another complex of power cleans and push jerks, and then we go into “Cameron Frye” which includes calories on the bike, handstand push ups, and strict handstand push ups. I see noodle arms in your near future.
Thursday, we have “Jerry” which is a nice long run, row, run sandwich. Aaaand that’s it.
Friday, we have some heavy back squats and then “Sloan Peterson”. This one is a fun one that has box jumps, toes to bar, and hang power cleans.
Saturday, is a partner style workout called “The 1961 Ferrari 250GT California'' and it has calories on the bike and farmer holds. Then we get more time to make our toes to bar even more efficient! Whoo!
