Hello again! Can you believe we are already in April? Me neither!
Let’s see what we have this week.
Monday, we start the week off with snatch work and then we’ll have a “Philly Cheesesteak” with some extra box jumps, toes to bar, and wall balls. Yum!
Tuesday, we’ll have the “Cuban Sandwich” which comes with the secret sauce that has rope climb calories on the bike. Sounds spicy.
Wednesday, we start with muscle cleans and shoulder presses then eat an “Italian Sub” which is a nice amount of calories on the rower sandwiched between two tasty sets of burpees over the rower. You’ll be drooling for sure.
Thursday, we’ll have a two-part workout where we’ll be served with, not one, but two “Lobster Rolls” drizzled with dumbbell front rack walking lunges and dumbbell front squats. You’ll really feel the burn with this one.
Friday, we get to review our gymnastic skills and then we’ll have a “BLT”. What’s in the BLT you may ask? Well it’s not your ordinary bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwich. No, no. This one has Barbeque strict chin ups, Lemon bench dips, and Turkey v-ups. What a combination!
Saturday, we’ll share a “Reuben Sandwich” with a friend. Hopefully you both equally like running, sandbag cleans, sandbag carries, and dumbbell farmer carries cuz you can only share this sandwich if you split it evenly. I don’t make the rules.
