Gooooooood Morning everyone! Let’s look at WODs together while you’re having your coffee.
Monday, we start with a skill review for pull-ups and then we go into “Half Murph,” for those of you who aren’t familiar with Murph, it contains a lot of running, air squats, push-ups, and pull-ups.
Tuesday, we’ll have some refreshing “Guava”. It has one secret ingredient (besides actual guava), and that’s calories on the bike… And then we have a shoulder and glutes mini pump.
Wednesday, our strength piece includes squat snatch and overhead squat. Then we have “Papaya” , another yummy fruit, we’ll add some double unders and lunges holding dumbbells in different positions to spice it up.
Thursday, I hope y’all are ready for some “Dragon Fruit!” You’ll get to share this snack with a buddy too which is great cuz, you know, sharing is caring. In this case, you’ll care about splitting up calories on the rower, GHD sit-ups, and v-ups.
Friday, we have good ol’ “Gwen”, a favorite for a lot of people… that love suffering… haha jk! This one is fun. It’s simply clean and jerks… with a twist. But wait! There’s more! Don’t forget about your fruit serving of the day, today we have “Acai” and this one pairs well with burpee box jump overs. Lots. Of. Them.
Saturday, to end the week on a great note, we have “Lychee” which is a team of 2 workout that has rowing, wall balls, and dumbbell box step ups. Then, as if the legs didn’t take a beating already, we have a shoulder and glute mini pump afterward.
