- Tuesday, we’re excited to catch up with “Nancy” – she’s a fun, classic benchmark workout featuring running and overhead squats. Let’s focus on maintaining a steady pace and pushing ourselves with those overhead squats.
- On Wednesday, we’ve got an awesome strength day lined up with back squats and max ring dips! No need to stress—you'll definitely get some rest between those sets!
- Thursday is a "Heavy Day" focusing solely on deadlifts, so get excited! If you want to get the most out of your session, take a moment to check back to August and find your recent 3-rep deadlift to help you determine your weights for today.
- Friday’s feature is a classic 21-15-9 rep scheme of toes to bar, burpees, and wall ball shots! Today’s session is all about pushing ourselves and really pick up the pace.
- Get ready for a fun and spicy Saturday workout! We’ll be hitting both our upper and lower body today! We’ll be doing plenty of push presses and air squats together... and it’s going to be awesome!
