Hello hello hello!
Hope you’ve all recovered from that Open workout and are ready for the next!
Monday’s superhero wod is “Kim Possible” consisting of walking lunges, box jumps, V-ups, and wall walks. Then we have a chest and triceps mini-pump to finish the day.
Tuesday, our strength piece involves everyone’s favorite move, the power snatch! Then we go into “Rufus” which has double unders and double dumbbell snatches.
Wednesday, we start with moderately heavy bench press sets and then “Call Me Beep Me, If You Want To Reach Me” which consists of calories on the bike and dumbbell bench press.
Thursday, “So What’s the Sitch?” which has air squats and rowing and then we’ll take sone time to work on pull-ups.
Friday, 24.3!!!!
Saturday, “Ron Stoppable” which is a team of 2 workout that has running and rowing. Then we finish off the week with another mini-pump.
