WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR JUNE 12TH TO 18TH, 2023

Heyyyyyy! Happy Sunday everyone!

Monday, we’re gonna feel like princesses as we take on “Snow White” with some double unders and toes to bar. Then we have some shoulder presses and weighted hip thrusts to finish off the day.

Tuesday, our strength piece involves front squats in slow motion and heavier pull ups and thennnn… Okay, don’t get all “Grumpy” with us, but we have a 21-15-9 remix with kettlebell front squats, and calories on the bike!

Wednesday, we have a longer workout with calories on the rower, burpees over the rower, and double DB ground to overhead reps. Someone get the “Doc” because things are going to get spicy today! But wait, there’s more! We have GHD hip extensions and bottom-up single arm KB presses complete the torture.

Thursday, we have a bro sesh starting off with bench press and high box jumps and then “The Huntsman” which has jumping split lunges and abmat sit ups.

Friday, we’re gonna lift things up and put them down and lift ourselves upside down then we’re gonna get all sorts of “Happy & Dopey” with a team of two workout that has running, synchro pull ups, alternating box jumps, and synchro wall balls. There’s one rule though, you have to decide who’s Happy and who’s Dopey on your team! Haha!

Saturday, “The Evil Queen” is gonna try to end us with calories on the rower, power snatches, shoulder to overhead reps, and bar facing burpees. At least we get a buddy to take her on! Phew!
