WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR SEPTEMBER 23RD TO 29TH, 2024

-"Monday is for people with a mission!" Today's mission is to tackle this AMRAP filled with some fun double kettlebell front rack carries and burpees to a target!

- On Tuesday, find a workout buddy who’s got your strength vibe and get pumped for an awesome time together with squat cleans, pull-ups, and a fun long run! Let’s crush it together!

- Who’s up for some rowing fun? That’s what we’ve got cooking on the menu for Wednesday! We’re diving into a big challenge and rowing those meters for time. And let’s be real—if you’re not feeling a little worn out at the end, then you might not have gone all in! So, let’s bring our A-game and give it everything we’ve got!

-This Thursday is going to be an exciting workout day filled with air squats and shoulder presses! Just a heads up—the presses might feel a bit tougher than usual since your heart rate will be up and your legs might be a little wobbly. Keep that in mind as we power through the session together!

-Friday's workout structure is going to force you to move faster than you normally might! We can’t wait to see you absolutely smashing those deadlifts, sumo deadlift high pulls, and knees to elbow with awesome form! 

-This Saturday, we're diving into 4 rounds of 4 different movements, spending a minute on each one. Get pumped for some shuttle runs, dumbbell snatches, hand release push-ups, and calories on the bike.
