An email was sent that outlines the game plan for the next two weeks. Here’s the short version. We will host 3 live online Google Meets classes starting on Tuesday, 6 am, noon and 5 pm. The link is in our bio. There will be recordings in SugarWod for anyone who cannot make it to the live classes.All the workouts for the next two weeks will be “partially loaded”. Which means, they’ll be home-gym-friendly. Here’s what’s coming up!Monday is an equipment check-out day. Swing by between 7-9 am or 4-6 pm and check out some equipment. On Tuesday, watch out, ‘cause here comes Amanda! “Running Amanda”. Amanda is a gnarly benchmark workout. This version will feature dumbbell squat snatches, burpees, and running. Wednesday is booty gainz day with “Peach Emoji.” We’ll be deadlifting our booties off. On Thursday, it’s “Cheaper by the Dozen.” This’ll be a 5 rounder with dubz, dumbbell front squats, and strict handstand push-ups. As the name implies, there will definitely be dozens of reps with those dubz & dumbbells, duh. Friday we’ve got “Tokyo Drift.” Is burpee-ing a word? Well, it is now. You’ll be burpee-ing and hang power clean and jerking in this sweet little couplet. That will take us to Saturday and we gon’ “Make Some Noise.” This tasty triplet will be 5 rounds of dumbbell back squats, bent-over rows, and dumbbell slams. That’s it! One week down!
